台英司法互助　林克穎在英被捕候審引渡

【法庭中心／台北報導】法務部下午召開記者會指出，酒駕撞死孝子黃俊德的英籍人士林克穎經最高法院判刑4年確定，然後畏罪利用友人護照潛逃出境，最後被台駐外官員查出藏匿在英國，法務部向英國提出司法互助，台英雙方在10月簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」並於10月16日正式生效，17日蘇格蘭警方逮捕林克穎，台正式向英提出引渡林的請求。

法務部政務次長陳明堂指出，蘇格蘭愛丁堡法院已裁定羈押林克穎，並將進行引渡審理，在這之前，分別在本月的4日、14日開庭審理是否羈押林，並於明21日當地時間上午再開庭審理決定是否羈押。

法務部長羅瑩雪表示，引渡審理可能要2個月的時間，希望能早日將林克穎引渡回台服刑。
