永和三圖合一查詢開放　購屋有保障

【郭寶懃／台北報導】永和地區即日起開放三圖(都市計畫分區圖、地籍圖及地形圖)合一查詢服務，民眾只要鍵入門牌地址、街道路名等，就能輕鬆定位，一次取得房屋所在地的土地使用分區、地形以及地籍等資料。

新北市城鄉局局長張璠表示，為了便利民眾透過現況圖，了解周遭都市計劃及每筆地號相鄰情形，同時掌握都市計劃公共設施開闢情況，以減少購屋民眾因為不了解或查詢不易，產生購屋糾紛。
