社區植樹綠美化 阿里山茶山部落成模範

農委會林務局推動社區植樹綠美化，其中，嘉義台南地區共有十八個社區獲得補助，經各社區同心協力進行綠美化，評選結果由嘉義縣阿里山鄉茶山社區獲得模範社區第一名，第二名為嘉義縣中埔鄉灣潭社區，分別可以再獲得二十四萬元和十六萬元的獎勵補助款。

　　阿里山鄉茶山社區能脫穎而出，在於居民能擅用原住民藝術天份，除綠美化外更加入藝術裝置，如以木頭、蛇木作成鍬形蟲、山豬等各式活潑可愛的動物造型，而且社區全面動員參與，形成優美景觀，為地方觀光旅遊加入新亮點。

　　而中埔鄉的灣潭社區，則是連續二年獲選模範社區，村落裡綠美化設計、植栽栽植、居民參與及後續維護均有優異表現。
