爭家產兄弟鬩牆　鴨犬「升天」

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】桃園縣李姓兄弟因分產鬧翻，2家人住在大溪比鄰而居，每天吵不停，鴨狗也遭殃先後步上黃泉，弟弟養的10隻鴨子前天遭咬死，懷疑兇手是哥哥放土狗咬鴨，涉砍死土狗，兄弟告上法庭。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，李姓兄弟分別為60多歲和50多歲，前天弟弟發現飼養的10隻鴨子橫屍菜園，死鴨身上有明顯咬痕，盛怒之下持鐮刀衝到胞兄家門口，看到哥哥養的狗，涉嫌把狗活活砍死，並猛敲哥哥家門，大罵「再惹我，就連你也砍！」2人互控毀損，兄加告弟恐嚇罪，還提出聲請家暴保護令。
