重機違停警開單　意外查獲毒奶茶包

【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市1名21歲溫姓男子，昨天騎乘重機到中山北路2段找朋友，由於找不到地方停車，他便違規停車在路邊，不料與朋友講完話就要離去時，遇到巡邏警員正要開單，因溫男全身都是K菸味，警員便上前攔查，當場發現置物箱內有1包重新封口的奶茶包，隨後驗出內含搖頭丸，將他帶回訊問。

溫男向警方坦承吸毒，警方訊後依違反《毒品危害防制條例》將他移送法辦。
