槽車在交流道閃避野狗翻覆

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】國3高速公路通霄北上匝道今天下午1時多，1輛滿載爐石粉的曳引槽車，因閃避野狗失控，翻覆在匝道彎道處，駕駛林貴旭（45歲，台南人）幸運僅受輕傷，左手肘有3公分撕裂傷。事發後，自行爬出車外求援，救護人員現場幫他包紮時，中午下交流道用餐，豈料才出發要繼續北上，為了閃避野狗，因車子重心不穩才翻覆。目前事故現場由國道警方調查排除中。
