卡位柬埔寨　台企銀申設財務公司

【廖珮君／台北報導】為卡位柬埔寨，台企銀在柬埔寨轉投資設立「微型財務機構」，投資金額為1000萬美元，金管會今日正式核准。這也是首家國銀為了卡位，先赴柬埔寨設立財務機構，等待之後可轉型為分行的案例。

銀行局副局長張國銘說，因柬埔寨對外資銀行核發分行執照保守，台企銀擬先設類似融資公司的「微型財務機構」，可先對當地微型企業、或個人作放款，授信總額是該放款對象淨值的20%。

張國銘說，目前包括聯邦銀和大眾銀都在香港設立財務公司，目前也已向金管會申請，轉型為香港分行，金管會也已同意。
