發免費電腦卻遲到　印度官員害女學生遭性侵

印度北方邦一個村落，一名就讀12年級的女學生，因為成績表現優異，被一個「免費贈送手提電腦」計劃選上，可以獲得一台免費筆電，受贈活動原定昨天(18日)下午3時在學校舉行，但負責致贈的印度社會福利大臣普拉斯達(Avdhesh Prasda)竟整整遲到7個小時。

為了能拿到免費的手提電腦，一群學生只得在現場一等再等，大臣到達時已是晚上10時。領取電腦後，該名女生搭乘當局安排的車回家，但司機再等其他學生通通下車後，竟然把少女載到一處偏僻地方加以性侵，然後把她丟棄路邊，逃去無蹤。

警方正展開搜捕行動，但事件引起當地村民公憤，他們都認為若非該名高官遲到，淫魔就不會有機可乘。
