聯大寫歷史 巴勒斯坦首次投票

（法新社聯合國18日電） 巴勒斯坦今天首次在聯合國大會參與投票，並宣稱，此刻是巴人為爭取聯合國完全承認所邁開的另1步。

當巴勒斯坦大使曼蘇爾（Riyad Mansour）為選舉前南斯拉夫國際戰犯法庭（International CriminalTribunal for the Former Yugoslavia）的法官而投下選票時，聯大193個會員國的多數國家代表都起立鼓掌。

巴勒斯坦是在去年11月29日成為聯合國觀察員，對聯合國決議案並無表決權；但依據聯合國規定，巴勒斯坦與教廷等觀察員可在選舉國際法庭的法官時，享有投票權。

曼蘇爾在大會中說：「這是我們邁向自由、獨立並爭取聯合國正式會員身分的重要1步。」

以色列指控巴勒斯坦，企圖「綁架」選舉；但稍後曼蘇爾告訴記者，「我認為，這是巴勒斯坦人民在聯合國奮鬥歷程上非常、非常特別的1刻」。

他並說：「這是強化巴勒斯坦國在國際舞台支撐力的另1步。」

曼蘇爾承認，這只是個「象徵性」投票，但表示，「這是1次重要投票，因為它反映出國際社會、特別是聯大正等待並急欲巴勒斯坦國成為聯合國的正式會員國」。
