新北公園遊戲區禁菸　明年4月開罰

【曾佳俊／新北報導】癮君子要小心了！新北市29區公園內兒童遊戲區，即日起將全面噴上禁菸標誌，提醒抽菸民眾勿在此吞雲吐霧，尊重未來下一代呼吸的權益，農業局表示，目前公園內抽菸雖仍在勸導期，但明年4月1日衛福部新法上路後，「公園綠地」將納入禁菸範圍，違者將面臨最高2萬元罰款，不過民眾仍憂標示無效，建議增加巡查開罰比較實際。
