恐怖情人強索40萬分手費　被判4月徒刑

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名33歲李姓男子不滿張姓女友提分手，恐嚇張女必須拿出40萬元分手費，才同意讓張女離開，張女被迫向舅舅借款40萬元以結束這段戀情，2人搭乘計程車到張女舅舅經營的商店取款，抵達時他確定對方沒有報警，帶著張女下車取款，卻被張女的舅舅當場制伏扭送警局，被檢方依恐嚇取財罪嫌起訴。基隆地院日前一審判決，李男才因強盜案出獄，5年內再犯罪，為累犯，判處4月有期徒刑，或易科罰金12萬元。
