酒醉女不滿警員碰她　對警揮拳遭送法辦

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名余姓百貨櫃姊（33歲）今晨幫友人慶生後，酒駕騎機車離去遭警方攔下，櫃姊拒做酒測，收下紅單後仍要騎機車離去，警員好心制止，櫃姊不滿警員用手碰觸她身體，氣得大罵「王八蛋」，還用手揮打蒐證警員。
 
在場警員見狀，將櫃姊合力壓制地上，衝突過程中，櫃姊左眼、左膝及左手肘挫傷，還不停的流鼻血，警員趕緊拿衛生紙擦拭。余姓櫃姊事後頻抱怨「警察好兇｣，警方訊後仍依妨害公務送辦。
