12款問題油　教育部通令全國各校禁用

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】教育部今晚表示，衛福部檢驗食用油狀況，發現包括泰山、福壽等大廠，共有5件食用油含銅葉綠素，加上之前出包的大統、富味香、味全等油品，目前共12種問題油品，教育部已行文全國各校即起禁用問題油，若之前不慎採用這些油品的學校營養午餐或校內餐廳，需立即換油。
 
教育部綜規司長王俊權表示，今天還來不及統計這次有多少學校受波及，但此次問題油都是橄欖油、葡萄籽油，因價格較高，並非學校營養午餐與學生餐廳普遍使用的油品，推估受影響學校不會太多，而之前爆出的大統、富味鄉與味全問題油，總計全國各級學校有680校次受波及，皆已禁用換油。
 
由於食安問題層出不窮，教育部將協助各縣市成立食材登錄平台，並邀請已有平台的台北市政府分享經驗，最慢3個月內各縣市就會各自成立食材平台，方便各校進行食材管理。
