標題[請問] 一天刷牙的次數?

請問一天刷牙次數為幾次比較理想呢 我是早起睡前各刷一次 時間空間允許的話 三餐飯後也會刷 可是看到有人說 刷太多琺瑯質會受損 那是不是要減少次數比較好呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.35.85
