【短片】騎車輾狗騎士摔車　網友痛批虐狗

【林志青／台北報導】1名男子日前騎乘機車，見前方有一隻柴犬向前奔跑，該男子竟一路猛催油門追狗，狗狗似乎受到驚嚇，往右偏了一點，慘遭機車輾過時，狗狗發出連續慘叫聲，男子也因此摔車。

男子惡劣行徑全遭自己配戴的頭戴式行車記錄器錄下，騎士將此影片PO上網路，網友看到畫面十分氣憤，痛批男子的行為違反動保法。
