泰山油品染綠?　彰檢赴泰山田中廠調查

【孫英哲／彰化報導】針對泰山企業股份有限公司也傳油品混攙銅葉綠素事件，彰檢主任檢察官林彥良今天下午率檢察官鄭智文、李秀玲等人，前往泰山公司田中廠調查，並針對葡萄籽油混攙銅葉綠素一事，訊問該廠２名調配室員工，以了解油品的調配過程，偵查動作一直持續到晚間８時才結束。
 
　檢方調取並查扣該公司從２００９年至今的進出貨明細及帳冊等資料，另外也查扣一批油品配方表。檢方同時也指示到場稽查的彰化縣衛生局人員抽取該公司的橄欖油系列油品，並帶回檢驗，以了解其中是否也含有銅葉綠素。
 
　彰檢指出，該署已分案調查泰山油品案，後續將調查泰山生產的油品內銅葉綠素的來源，以及追查該公司相關人員或高層，是否涉及有違反《食品衛生法》及《刑法》詐欺取財的罪嫌。
