賭博電玩案 調查官交保

涉賭博電玩案遭起訴的調查官劉萬邦及前聯合報主管高年億，今天獲台北地方法院分別以新台幣300萬元及100萬元交保。

檢調接獲檢舉，指主嫌張廣元等人在民國100年間至今，開設賭博電玩店，分別在台北巿延平南路1家、松山區民生東路2家及新北巿淡水區1家，共計4家，其中淡水店日前歇業。

台北地檢署查出，任職於調查局台南巿調查處的劉萬邦，以「隱名」方式，插股張廣元位於台北的電玩店，調查官林啟川、阮鵬球及高年億也涉嫌插股多年。

北檢8日偵結，將劉萬邦等4人依貪污治罪條例圖利罪及刑法賭博等罪嫌起訴。其中，劉萬邦及高年億目前在押，今天移審台北地方法院審理後，台北地院裁定2人交保。
