迪士尼建豪宅　打造真實童話世界

【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】住在童話般的城堡過著幸福快樂的日子，是許多小朋友的夢想，美國迪士尼進軍地產界，於美國佛羅里達州的迪士尼樂園旁興建豪宅區，預計蓋450間獨棟房屋，目前完工約100棟，要讓小朋友與小美人魚、灰姑娘、白雪公主等童話人物做鄰居。

迪士尼於佛州的樂園區撥出396公頃用地，準備在美景湖（Lake Buena Vista）興建450間獨立房屋，日後住戶可遠眺樂園中的灰姑娘城堡，並可常常觀賞樂園煙火表演。不過，置身童話世界代價不低，房屋售價由170萬美元（約5031萬元台比）起跳，售價最高為700萬美元（約2.1億元台幣），入住後每年還須繳付1.2萬美元（約35.5萬元台幣）稅款及年費，以在園區內使用設施和自由進出。
