助理教授月薪不到22k　綠委盼調整鐘點費

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委陳亭妃今陪同高教工會秘書長陳政亮舉行記者會，直指大專院校兼任講師時薪575元，平均每周兼課時數8小時，月薪只有1萬8000元；兼任助理教授時薪630元，每周兼課時數8小時，月薪僅2萬0160元，平均薪資不到22k，呼籲教育部全面調整兼任講師、兼任助理教授的鐘點費。

陳亭妃表示，教育部的調整方案不能低於基本工資的調整幅度，兼任講師時薪575元應調整至699.8元，兼任助理教授時薪630元應調至766.7元，改善兼任教師的困境，也是爭取能生活下去的基本要求。

教育部人事處副處長李秉洲表示，教育部長蔣偉寧已公開表示要進行調整，調整方案已在思考，預計本周會做內部討論，方案會簽給部長，儘快給兼任老師一個回應。
