陳哲男偽證案 更一審判無罪

台灣高等法院審理前總統府副秘書長陳哲男的偽證案，今天上午更一審改判陳哲男無罪。

陳哲男被控涉嫌當起司法黃牛，他為了脫罪，涉嫌在2004年請當時的高院法官李文成協助指導白手套作偽證，一、二審分別判處陳哲男、李文成有期徒刑五個月、六個月，不過更一審逆轉改判兩人無罪。全案可上訴。
