週刊爆油品有疑慮　泰山：不排除提告

【林海／台北報導】《壹週刊》今天報導「泰山Domingo橄欖油」有疑慮，泰山發布聲明表示，泰山產品經過多次檢驗，沒有疑慮；包含源頭、進口、台灣第三方檢驗資料都確認本產品為100%純橄欖油。泰山表示，目前已搜證相關資料，並提請律師不排除提告以維商譽。
 
泰山更指出，備有完整的進口油品之進口量、銷售量、庫存量，證明數量相符，並無混油。
 
此外，泰山也說，政府98年即因應西班牙駐台辦事處之提醒，來函進行檢驗，確認產品合乎法規，彰化縣衛生局98年的函文，說明政府當年有積極處理，且泰山一切合法，而近期政府的嚴格查訪，以及泰山所有產品均自行送驗，合乎法規，請消費者安心使用。
