檢方隱匿證據　男冤獄近10年獲釋

【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】美國密蘇里州29歲男子佛格森（Ryan Ferguson）2005年時遭法院判刑，法庭認為他涉嫌於2001年謀殺一名報社編輯，一級搶劫罪、二級謀殺罪成立，他遭判40年但始終否認犯案。

不過密州上訴法庭發現檢察官在審判過程中，隱匿對他有利證據，可能使目擊證人指認他行兇的正確性受影響，上訴法院推翻有罪判決，他昨天傍晚離開蹲了近10年的監獄，召開記者會感謝各方關心與支持。
