陳哲男與前庭長偽證案　更審逆轉無罪

【劉昌松／台北報導】總統府前副祕書長陳哲男因涉司法黃牛案，在2004年找當時高院庭長法官李文成，協助指導白手套楊振豐作偽證，幫陳哲男脫罪，陳、李原本被一、二審依幫助偽證等罪，各判刑5月、6月，但高院今更審逆轉改判2人都無罪。

陳哲男因在2002年間，佯稱可幫前新偕中建設董事長梁柏薰處理超貸案官司，結果梁付了6百萬元後，仍被判刑定讞，梁因此在2004年總統大選期間，在中國等地跨海開記者會，指控陳哲男司法黃牛，隔年更返台投案。

陳哲男被控為了解決被控司法黃牛案，找來高等法院前庭長李文成合謀，指導行收賄白手套楊振豐作偽證幫陳哲男脫罪，陳、李除一、二審都被依法判刑，但案經最高法院發回後，高院今天逆轉改判。
