台幣早盤續貶 創10月1日以來新低

日圓、韓元兌美元重新貶回99及1070以上，加上中共三中全會閉幕，雖然今早人民幣兌美元中間匯率開盤升值0.18分，來到6.1342，但因概念股相關政策多數落空，陸股開盤走跌，亞幣、亞股今早均呈偏弱走勢。

新台幣兌美元匯率今早以29.650元跳空貶值1.4分開盤後，台幣盤中一度貶至29.659元，創下今年10月1日29.670以來的新低價位，早盤高低價介在29.659-29.594元之間，至上午9時30分止，台幣成交價29.622元，台幣小升1.4分。
