門前都更變車道出入口　民眾控權益被損

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市中和區南山路巷內一名住戶，因家門口對面正進行都更建案，工地門口位置設計，與自己所居住公寓相對望，屆時工程車輛、汽機車進出頻繁，勢必造成空污、噪音等困擾，當初辦公聽會時竟未通知，批評自身權益遭到損害。都更處表示，該地因恰好位於兩里交接處，依法未包含在公告區中，未來計劃修法補疏漏。
