張忠謀交棒執行長 台積電持穩

晶圓代工廠台積電董事長張忠謀卸下執行長一職，台積電股價表現持穩，開盤持平，為105元。

台積電董事會12日核准任命2位執行副總經理暨共同營運長劉德音及魏哲家擔任總經理暨共同執行長，張忠謀再次卸下執行長職務。

張忠謀曾多次公開表示，這次卸下執行長職務後，仍會當個「管事」的董事長。

劉德音與魏哲家未來將執行張忠謀指定的職務，並直接向張忠謀負責；另外，「財務」及「法務」組織仍直接向張忠謀負責。

市場對張忠謀這次交棒執行長，多中性看待，認為對台積電未來營運應不會造成影響。

台積電美國存託憑證(ADR)周二走勢震盪，盤中雖一度達17.61美元，下跌0.12美元，不過，尾盤急拉，終場上漲0.08美元，收在17.81美元，漲幅0.45%。
