花縣令大統等4業者下架　食藥署：地方可規範

【蔡明樺／台北報導】油品出包讓民眾食不安心，花蓮縣政府今宣布，捲入混油事件的大統、富味鄉、味全和福懋4家廠商的所有油品，無論檢驗合格與否，即起一律下架，中央與地方的油品下架政策不同調，食品藥物管理署長葉明功今回應，地方政府也可依《食品衛生管理法》規範業者，若油品業者對花蓮縣全面下架的做法不服，可提國賠訴訟，若判決勝訴，國賠金就由地方政府負擔。
