基北區選填志願逼學生二選一

基北區自訂明年十二年國教時程，和教育部規定有出入。教育部規畫，特招放榜後才申請第二次免試，但基北區規定，特招和第二次免試入學同一時間選填志願，變相逼迫學生二選一。教育部次長陳德華表示，將和基北區協商，應考量學生的權益。

據指出，台北市此一規畫，是為了破解家長團體提出的第一次免試錄取後放棄，等於先占名額再考特招，萬一特招考不好，二次免試還有好學校名額可挑。
