陸若設防空識別區 日憂增風險

共同社報導，中國大陸軍方正在探討設定防空識別區，以作為戰鬥機緊急升空的參考標準之一，有可能使中日間緊張情勢加劇。

報導說，若中方設定防空識別區，則必將與日本在東海已劃定的防空識別區發生重疊，該海域上空的日中戰機對峙局面將增加，緊張局勢或將加劇。

設定防空識別區旨在防止可疑飛機侵犯領空。日本已設有防空識別區，但中國大陸未設定。

據共同社日前獲悉的中國軍方文件顯示，北京空軍指揮學院的一名幹部指出，在沒有識別區的現狀下，缺乏對海洋資源的有效管理，隔海周邊國家提出了對中國大陸不利的海域分界線主張。這名幹部提議迅速劃定識別區，以強化防空作戰能力。

日本在東海附近設定的防空識別區中，有大部分已進入了兩國海岸線等距離劃分的「日中中間線」中方一側。
