黃世銘起訴　柯建銘：北檢替法務部圍事

【黃揚明／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘日前因洩密案遭台北地檢署起訴，民進黨團總召柯建銘今批評，北檢起訴書有兩大問題，包括認定監聽國會是烏龍，這是幫法務部調查報告「圍事」；其次，對黃世銘9月4日向行政院長江宜樺報告的內容完全不提，洩密應該也是一罪一罰，並非洩一次密後就無密可洩。

柯建銘今主持民進黨團修法記者會時，有記者問柯提修法是否為自己關說案脫罪？柯建銘怒斥：「這和關說案有什麼關係？這是刑事訴訟耶！我的關說案和刑事訴訟法有什麼關係？」民進黨團書記長吳秉叡則緩頰說，特偵組都認為柯建銘並無犯罪問題，因此沒有量身修法的問題。

另外，對檢評會今約談檢察官林秀濤等人，柯建銘批：「檢評會知不知道自己是什麼？天天在做圍事的動作！」吳秉叡質疑，檢評會只能處理檢察官的部分，其他的部分是無法處理的。
