不滿前車煞停　BMW嗆「怕死就不要出門」

【突發中心／台北報導】煞車就不爽！中部地區1名男子在路上開車時，突遭左前方的大貨車逼近，男子深怕遭擦撞而緊急煞車，沒想到後方的白色BMW轎車駕駛卻認為男子惡意煞車，一路猛按喇叭長達12秒，不但故意超車擋在男子前方，最後甚至在快車道上攔車擋路，BMW駕駛惡狠狠地下車嗆聲，連串髒話之後撂下一句「怕死就不要出門！」男子再三解釋卻不得諒解，事後無奈將影片上傳網路，網友紛留言回應，「講這種話的一定沒有腦」、「裝有錢的廢物」。

台北市交通大隊副大隊長林基田表示，根據《道路交通管理處罰條例》第55條規定，在快車道臨時停車，恐面臨300元以上、600元以下罰鍰；若當事人感覺遭恐嚇威脅，建議可持行車紀錄器所拍下的影片向警方報案。
