【方翊倩／綜合報導】知名的六星集養生美容集團號稱靠腳底按摩年收4.4億元，吸引政商及藝人光顧，卻被指控苛扣員工！

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，離職按摩師家屬投訴，指業者以保障月薪5萬元徵才，無按摩技巧求職者收6萬元培訓費，2個月培訓期沒薪水，結業後須簽2年契約及本票6萬元作保證金，中途離職就被沒收本票還要倒賠4萬元。投訴人指控，業者稱與按摩師屬「承攬契約」、即無底薪以按件計酬方式領薪，也未替按摩師繳勞健保、提撥勞退金等，引發59名離職按摩師串聯，上周向北市勞動局申訴，要求提撥勞退、給付加班費及歸還借據與本票。北市勞動局已介入調查。
