王金平、柯建銘都不來　檢評會仍保留時段

檢察官評鑑委員會訂明天約詢立法院長王金平、立委柯建銘等，儘管兩人表明不到，但檢評會仍保留時段，約詢過程不對外開放。

關說疑案爆發後，檢評會目前有兩件評鑑案，一案是台灣高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤涉關說案；另一是黃世銘、特偵組組長楊榮宗及檢察官鄭深元涉洩密及監聽案。

檢評會為調查關說案，排定明天上午9時起，依序約詢台灣高檢署檢察官陳正芬、特偵組檢察官鄭深元、柯建銘、王金平、前法務部長曾勇夫、林秀濤、陳守煌等人。

王金平、柯建銘受訪均表示不會到場，曾勇夫的昔日幕僚也透露，曾勇夫不會出席。檢評會委員彭文正傍晚受訪表示，王、柯等人已簽收約詢通知，但未正式書面回覆表達意願，因此明天仍會保留時段給當事人。

彭文正表示，原本希望明天約詢能透明、公開，因此規劃開放媒體推派代表採訪，但由於多數受評鑑人不贊成，基於尊重當事人，因此約詢過程依往例不對外開放；至於評鑑結果何時出爐，會等約詢完所有當事人、證人後再決定。
