10月初漲價高鐵今跳電 民怨無理

高鐵10月8日才漲價不到1個月，卻發生大跳電，嚴重誤點，為了節省時間掏錢搭高鐵的民眾氣炸了，痛批高鐵只想著漲價，服務品質卻沒有跟著提升，漲價漲得沒道理。

這位乘客在高鐵激動開講，還要其他乘客也來評評理，都是因為高鐵10月8日才剛調漲票價，漲價還沒滿月，就跳電出包，班次延遲擔誤乘客寶貴時間。

時間就是金錢，很多人衝著這一點，高鐵再貴也只好乖乖掏錢，高鐵2007年通車以來，交通部核定費率是每公里3.655元，但可以以費率的120%為上限來計價，2013年首度調漲，費率來到4.009元，同樣也調到120%的計價上限，漲價後，北高來回就要3260元，民眾荷包凍未條，但其實這兩年的高鐵，早就轉虧為盈。

高鐵調漲，立委砲轟對象，從閣揆、交通部長到公平會主委，無一幸免，但罵歸罵，還是擋不了高鐵漲價，如今消費者花大錢買的是高鐵的快速，卻發生跳電，旅程延誤，漲價和服務品質成反比，無怪乎民怨排山倒海。
