標題[心得] 奇特的中央研究院資訊人員的薪水制度

由於小弟過去曾任職不同的中研院的研究所,任職資訊人員, 所以一直覺得中研院的敘薪制度,真的超怪的. 我原先在"甲研究所"任職,工作到了第四年,薪水為 34000左右, 之後我離開中研院,去民營公司上班, 過了幾年,我再次重回中研院"乙研究所"上班,他們卻給我 40000 的薪水, 可是我的條件都一樣,但薪水卻差超多的. 我的條件為: 1.五專的學歷 2.薪水比照中研院計算中心的人員 3.在中研院的年資為四年 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.245.14
