苗栗縣通霄海水域場驚見婦人屍體！海巡署中部地區巡防局第三二岸巡大隊今天下午3時許接獲民眾報案，指稱於通霄漁港港區發現一具女性浮屍。第三二岸巡大隊受理報案後，立即派員前往現場封鎖並通知通霄消防分隊及通霄分局協助處理。

第三二岸巡大隊表示，經通霄分局鑑識小組人員搜證，確認死者是住在桃園縣中壢市的54歲羅姓婦人，身上留有遺書，遺書內容寫道「活得很辛苦」、「對不起家人」等，研判是自殺身亡。
