檢評會決議　11月10日約詢黃世銘

【呂志明／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘，在特偵組偵辦關說案尚未偵結前，2度向總統馬英九報告、另外又向行政院長江宜樺報告，涉嫌洩密一事，檢評會今天下午開會討論後，決議在11月10日上午9時30分，就違法監聽及洩密的部分，約詢受評鑑人黃世銘及檢察官鄭深元，11月24日則約詢特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗。

至於洩密的部分是否會約詢總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺等人，檢評會發言人彭文正表示，檢評會必須要聽到受評鑑人的說法，跟他有關連性的是那些人，應該不應該被約談，所以會在11月10日約詢後立即決定。同時彭也說明「只要我們認為有需要，或是當事人希望相關證人能夠出面協助，我們都會約詢」。
