逾10年娃娃車禁上路　業者怨：沒錢更新

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】政府規定娃娃車車齡逾10年需淘汰，立委楊瓊瓔接獲陳情，明年起台中市將有253輛娃娃車無法上路，昨天邀請教育部、中市教育局等單位與業者協調，楊瓊瓔轉達會議結論，指稱教育部同意給幼兒園業者1年的換車緩衝期，原本今年底得汰換的娃娃車，在安全無虞的情況下，最多延長使用1年。

台中市幼兒教育暨福利協會理事長唐富美表示，因為國產車輛停產，面臨無車可換窘境，叫幼兒園情何以堪。台中市幼兒教育事業學會理事長張祖望指出，國產娃娃車已停產，市場無車可買，進口車一輛動輒150萬元，比原先國產車70多萬元貴了一倍價錢，在少子化下，讓原本已經營困難的幼教機構雪上加霜。
