大馬破產人增 平均每日60人

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡2日專電）馬來西亞近年來申請破產人士越來越多，平均每天竟然高達60人。

根據大馬首相署聲明指出，從2007年至今年9月，有11萬6488人破產。其中35至44歲年齡層的破產比率最高，高達34.31%。

在2010年共有1萬8119人破產，2011年有1萬9167人，去年則為1萬9575人，來自個人和企業的比率最高。同時，從2007年至今，大部分被宣布破產的人為馬來人（45.1%）和華人（32.97%），印度人有12.63%，其他少數種族為9.3%。

聲明表示，截至今年9月有1萬6306人破產，破產者以年齡介於35歲至44歲的人居多，占5644人；其次是45歲至55歲有4431人（26.49%）、25歲至34歲3821人（20.09%）、55歲或以上2120人（11.77%）及25歲以下169人。

其中，因欠車貸被宣布破產的最多，占26.14%，接下來房貸17.62%、個人貸款15.5%及商業貸款12.39%。至於積欠信用卡債被判破產的僅4875宗，占4.18%。

同時，報窮局（處理破產的機構）自1924年成立至今，共有25萬1209人已被判破產，惟只有28%的人向報窮局求救，以徵求脫離破產的意見。1021102
