日俄首次2+2會談　爭議中盼擴大交流

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】日俄兩國政府2日在日本東京舉行了雙方首次的外長與防長聯合會議。日本外相岸田文雄（Fumio Kishida）與防衛相小野寺五典（Itsunori Onodera）與遠道而來的俄羅斯外交部長拉夫洛夫（Sergei Lavrov）和國防部長紹伊古（Sergei Shoigu）進行磋商，除針對北方四島爭議之外，兩國還將擴大防務與外交上的交流與互惠。
 
拉夫洛夫與紹伊古2日稍早也聯袂與日本首相安倍晉三進行了會談。被稱為「日俄2+2會談」的雙長聯合會議明年將在俄羅斯舉行，日俄兩國長年來在北方四島（俄稱「南千島群島」）的歸屬問題上互有齟齬，雙方企盼建立溝通管道交換意見，並擴大其他相關事務的交流。
