高鐵停擺2小時　估計影響旅客高達4萬人

【綜合報導】高鐵雲林土庫變電站今天上午11時21分跳電，直到下午13時39分才完成搶修恢復運轉，2個多小時停擺導致班次大亂，眾多旅客行程受到影響，高鐵估計，今天受影響的旅客高達4萬多人，不過目前高鐵已經恢復依時刻表正常發車。
