新婚首購想買屋　新北仍有2字頭

【劉曉霞／台北報導】業者調查發現，今年1~9月登記結婚對數共10萬3564對，這些「望屋興嘆」的新婚首購族面對台北高房價，選擇轉往蛋白區購屋，大台北的蛋白區中仍有2字頭房價，如新北市林口、淡水、鶯歌等地。

全國不動產企研室調查指出，新北市林口、淡水、鶯歌地區往來台北市交通時間僅約30分鐘，林口地區新成屋電梯大樓，成交均價每坪24~28萬元，淡水新成屋電梯大樓成交均價25~27萬元，鶯歌區內仍有1字頭物件，如傳統市場、銀行聚集的建國路，中古屋華廈每坪15~16萬元，新成屋電梯大樓每坪23~25萬元，讓新婚族買屋不是夢。
