「怎麼都是你們」　抓不怕酒駕男又遭逮

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名50歲彭姓男子，昨天與友人到成功一路海產街暢飲後，於深夜時欲開車返家，不料才開不到50公尺，就看到巡邏警車，彭男心虛趕緊關掉大燈，想要摸黑從成功路橋下旁的窄巷溜走，但這些舉動早就被基隆市忠二派出所所長李惠煌看在眼裡，警車隨即加速尾隨，並且閃燈、鳴笛，彭男自知跑不掉了，便與友人下車受查。

警方馬上聞到濃烈酒味，實施酒測後，發現彭男酒測值高達0.93毫克，隨即將他帶回派出所；「怎麼都是被你們抓到！」彭男向警方表示，3個月前才被該派出所警員戴玉龍抓到酒駕，不料這次又遭逮。警方問訊後，將他依公共危險罪移送法辦。
