拉椅子惡作劇害女受傷　男大生判拘50天

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄正修科大陳姓男大生去年11月在教室上課時，為捉弄魏姓女同學，竟在魏女坐下之前突然拉開椅子，害魏女跌坐在地導致腰椎損傷，魏女提告後高雄地院將陳男判處拘役50日，得以5萬元易科罰金。

陳男審理時坦承趁魏女坐下之際拉開椅子，但否認有傷害犯意，還辯稱事後陪同魏女到長庚醫院就醫時，醫生說沒有怎樣，後來再去中醫診所就被魏女要求離開診間，所以不知道魏女傷勢如何等。

法官審理後認為，陳男已成年，應知其行為可能導致魏女受傷卻還突然拉開椅子，以致魏女受傷，仍依傷害罪判處陳男拘役。
