財長張盛和︰財政還沒到慘不忍睹的地步

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委許添財今天在立法院財委會質詢時指出，國家只剩下2727億元可舉債的空間，修公債法只是再喘息幾年，等馬英九總統卸任就是國家破產時，國家財政是否「慘不忍睹」？財政部長張盛和回應，歲入成長雖然趨緩，但還沒到慘不忍睹的地步。
 
許添財也質疑，明年的經濟成長預估3.4%比今年好，為何稅入預估還少90億？立委吳秉睿則批評財政部高估明年的證交稅，他認為明年編列871億收不到，應該再減100億元是合理的。
 
張盛和則說，目前股市平均日成交量超過千億，證交稅是根據前3年平均量所預估。
