南韓宣示島嶼主權　偷用NHK畫面

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】根據朝鮮日報報導指出，南韓外交部14日開始在外交部網站和YouTube上放送的宣傳獨島主權影片，被揭發竟然擅自使用日本NHK的片段，消息一出，南韓外交部25日已將該影片刪除。

這段宣傳影片花費了南韓外交部6600萬韓元製作，標題為「大韓民國獨島」，片長約12分鐘，主張獨島是南韓領土，但其中使用了NHK在2009至2011年間播放的電視劇《坂上之雲》中描寫日俄戰爭的畫面。NHK表示韓方擅自使用的時長約20秒，南韓外交部負責人透露，製作短片的承包公司，已承認擅自使用，外交部也深感抱歉。

對此NHK回應表示，NHK於25日要求南韓外交部查清事實，若發現擅自使用應立即刪除，韓方不當使用影像，強烈要求下不為例。 據悉韓方將對問題影片進行修改後再發表。
