毒管法今可望三讀 嚴管毒物來源去向

可管控毒性化學物質來源及流向，避免混充攙入食品的「毒性化學物質管理法」修正案，可望在朝野共識下，於今日在立法院三讀通過。

國民黨立委蘇清泉表示，毒管法與食管法的合併施行，將讓台灣食品安全「往前推進20年」，未來台灣的食品安全標準將比歐盟還要嚴格，可有效確保民眾食的安全。他說，毒管法是要將任何毒性化學物質，不論是進口或自製，全部都加以列管，並公開相關資訊。

毒性化學物質管理法是由蘇清泉在上會期擔任召委期間初審通過。蘇清泉表示，未來毒性化學物質從源頭到流向、製作用途、買賣價量等，都須一一進行管制、登錄，絕不容許化學物質流入人類的食物體系，否則買賣雙方都要受罰，上游也必須連坐，接受罰款與判刑。
