【張渝萍／綜合外電報導】為讓下一代擁有更多優勢，紐約一些經濟狀況良好的家長會幫嬰兒聘個人中文或法文家教，甚至讓4歲孩童接受超前教育，為未來進入最好的學校做準備。

法新社昨報導，這些有錢又時髦的家長會帶還無法用母語英文說話的嬰兒到曼哈頓社區的翠貝卡語言中心（TribeCa Language）報名學習中文或法文的「寶寶與我」課程。這課程專為牙牙學語階段的寶寶設計，翠貝卡語言中心創辦人哈珊說，20年前搬到紐約時就發現幼兒外語學習的龐大市場，很多父母希望小孩能越早學第二語言越好，而隨著中國經濟崛起，中文是需求量最大的語言，法文則被視為最時髦的語言。
