東北季風增強　東北部、基隆有短暫雨

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局指出，今天東北季風比昨天增強，水汽也稍微偏多，迎風面的東北部地區和基隆北海岸持續有短暫雨出現，台北、桃園、花蓮、台東地區也會有一些局部性短暫雨，至於竹苗和中南部天氣較穩定。

氣象局預測，今天到下周二之前各地低溫約21到23℃，而未來一周台灣幾乎都受到東北季風影響，各地白天溫度涼爽到舒適，但早晚都偏涼，中南部要注意日夜溫差大；下周三之後氣溫會再微幅下降1到2℃，若有下雨時感覺會再涼一些。

另外，強烈颱風范斯高今凌晨位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方1920公里海面上，以每小時14公里速度，向西北轉北北西進行，朝日本方向移動，預估對台灣沒有直接影響。
