撿到卡 赴酒店摩鐵盜刷被訴

來台唸書的印尼籍男子被控撿到女鄰居金融信用卡不還，赴酒店盜刷後，偕喜愛的酒女共赴摩鐵再盜刷。北檢起訴印尼男與酒女。

檢方指出，31歲的印尼籍男子，目前在押，他申請來台唸語文學校，卻因多次前往一家酒店消費而喜歡上店裡1名23歲身材姣好的郭姓酒女。

起訴書指出，男子今年3月間在台北巿新生北路的住處樓梯間撿到同棟樓的1名女鄰居的VISA金融卡，竟侵占不還，立即前往酒店消費盜刷新台幣1萬3500元。

檢方表示，男子離開酒店時，將卡片交給郭姓酒女，兩人前往汽車旅館休息，由郭女偽造女鄰居的簽名盜刷4280元。被害女鄰居發現卡片遺失，報警處理，警方循線查獲男子及郭女。

台北地檢署日前偵結，認定印尼籍男子及郭女犯案明確，依偽造文書、侵占等罪嫌起訴。
